Wan Ton (¶³§])
Ingredients:
Shrimps 100 g
Lean Pork 75 g
Fat Pork 12 g
Egg 1 no.
Bamboo Shoots 25 g
Wan Ton wrapping 20 pieces
Spring Oniona stalk
Chives 10 g
Chicken Cube 1/2 no.
Water 500 ml
Method:
1. Dice bamboo shoots.
2. Wash spring onion and chives stalk. Cut into small pieces.
3. Dice all pork.
4. Shell shrimps. Clean, wash, drain and dry them. Cut them into small pieces.
5. Season shrimps, pork, and other ingredients. Mix them well with the egg yolk.
6. Wrap the wan ton, sealing edges with the egg white.
7. Dissolves stock cube in water to make soup. Bring to boil.
8. Boil the wan ton in another pan of water until they float.
9. Serve wan ton in the soup, garnishing with some chopped chives.
