Tomato and Egg Flower Soup (¿»X³Jªá´ö)
Ingredients:
Tomato 2 nos.
Egg 1 no.
Ham 56 g
Green Pea 1 tbsp
Spring Onion a stalk
Stock:
Chicken Cube 1/2 cube
Water 0.6 l
Method:
1. Dice the tomatoes and ham.
2. Bring water to boil with chicken cube.
3. Add in tomatoes dices and green peas. Bring to boil and simmer for about 10 mins.
4. Add in ham dices.
5. Break and beat the egg and add into the soup to make egg flower.
6. Sprinkle with spring onion flower and serve hot.
