Ingredients: Tea leaves or 2 level tsp Tea bags 2 nos. Boiling water 0.3 l Milk 0.15 - 0.3 l Sugar
Method: 1. Fill the kettle with fresh cold water. 2. Bring the water to boil. 3. Warm the tea pot and then put the tea leaves into it. 4. Immediately after the water boils, pour it onto the tea leaves. 5. Let the tea stand for 3 mins., then stir. 6. Allow the leaves to settle again before pouring the tea into the cups.
