Steamed Savoury Rolls (»]¤û¦×¨÷)
Ingredients:
Rice noodle sheet 300 g
Minced beef 150 g
Choi Sum 75 g
Cooked oil 1 tbsp
L. Soya sauce to taste
Seasoning:
L. Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chinese wine 1 tsp
Cornflour 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. Prepare wok for steaming.
2. Wash and drain vegetable.
3. Cut rice noodle sheet into 3 equal pieces.
4. Season minced beef and put onto the rice noodle sheet. Roll up
carefully.
5. Brush a plate with oil. Place the rolls on the plate and steam for 15
mins.
6. Prepare water in saucepan. Cook vegetable until tender.
7. Put vegetable on the side of savoury rolls. Pour cooked oil and soya
sauce on top. Serve hot.
