Siu My (¿N¶R)
Ingredients:
Shrimps 75 g
Lean pork 100 g
Fat pork 25 g
Mushroom 1 no.
Won Ton wrappings 12 sheets
Seasoning:
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cornflour 1/2 tsp
L. Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil 1/2 tsp
Pepper a few shakes
Method:
1. Soak mushroom.
2. Prepare wok. Grease plate.
3. Cut off the four corner of Wan Ton wrappings.
4. Clean and dry lean and fat pork.
5. Shell and remove intestines from shrimps. Clean & dry.
6. Dice mushroom, lean and fat pork finely.
7. Use the chopper to crush 1/2 amount of shrimps & dice the other half.
8. Beat shrimps till sticky in a bowl.
9. Add lean pork and Cornflour and mix well.
10. Add the rest of the ingredients & seasoning, mix well.
11. Divide filling into 12 parts.
12. Put filling in the middle of each sheet of wrapping. Form into Siu My shape.
13. Put to steam for 8-10 mins. Serve hot.
