Stir-Fried Mango with Shrimps(»¨~ª£½¼¤¯)
Ingredients:
Shrimps 500 g
Mangoes 2 nos.
Green pepper 1/2 no.
Red pepper 1/2 no.
Seasoning For Shrimps:
Salt 1/4 tsp
Pepper a few shakes
Egg white 1 tsp
Beanflour 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Sauce:
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water 3 tbsp
Cornflour 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1/4 tbsp
Method:
1. Shell the shrimps, remove intestines, clean and dry. Season (except oil) and
leave to marinate for 10 mins. (Oil is added before stir-frying)
2. Clean and cut green pepper and red pepper into cubes.
3. Skin and cut mango into cubes.
4. Prepare sauce.
5. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, stir-fry shrimps till half cooked. Stir in green and
red pepper, mix well.
6. Stir in sauce, cook till it thickens.
7. Add in mango cubes, stir-fry lightly. Serve hot.
