Steamed Eggs (»]³J)
Ingredients:
Egg 2 nos.
Water 125 ml
Spring onion 1 stalk
Seasoning:
Pepper few shakes
D. Soya sauce 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cooked oil 1 tsp
Method:
1. Break and beat eggs, adding pepper, salt, and water.
2. Wash, drain, dry, and chop spring onion.
3. Pour beaten eggs onto a heat-proof dish or an attractive serving dish,
sprinkle spring onion on top.
4. Steam for 10-15 mins.
5. Put Soya sauce and cooked oil onto steamed eggs.
6. Serve hot.
