Steamed Dumplings (Äz¦ÌÄ{)
Ingredients:
Glutinous rice flour 56 g
Tang flour 14 g
Warm water 3 tbsp
Lotus seed puree 28 g
Desiccated coconut 56 g
Method:
1. Divide lotus seed puree into 10 portions.
2. Sieve the glutinous rice flour & Tang flour together.
3. Make a well in the center. Add in 3 tbsp of warm water. Mix well & knead into
a dough.
4. Shape the dough into a ball, flatten slightly & add in a portion of lotus seed
puree. Seal the edge & shape lightly into balls.
5. Put to steam on a greased plate for 10 mins.
6. Remove from heat & coat with desiccated coconut while still hot. Serve cold.
