Stewed Chicken Wings (ÍTÂûÁl)
Ingredients:
Chicken wings 1/2 catty
Carrot (small) 1 no.
Onion (small) 1 no.
Ginger 1 slice
Garlic 1 clove
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Water 0.15 l
Seasoning:
Wine 1 tsp
Oyster sauce 1 tsp
L. Soya sauce 2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Oil 4 tsp
Beanflour 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. Clean chicken wings. Wipe & cut into mouthful pieces. Add seasoning.
2. Scrub the carrot, scrape, slice & shred.
3. Remove skin from onion. Rinse & shred.
4. Clean ginger & garlic. Chop finely.
5. Heat oil, slightly fry ginger & garlic.
6. Add in onion & carrot. Add in chicken wings & fry for 2 mins.
7. Add in water. Bring to boil, lower the flame & stew for 20 mins.
8. Taste & season if necessary.
9. Dish up chicken wings. Garnish with carrot & onion. Pour sauce on top of
chicken wings. Serve hot.
