Sauteed Chicken Wings (ª£ÂûÁl)

Ingredients:
Chicken wings                   5 nos.
Salted yellow bean paste        1 tbsp
Sweet sauce                     1 1/2 tbsp
Sesame sauce                    1/2 tbsp
D. Soya sauce                   1/2 tsp
Cooking wine                    1/2 tbsp
Sugar                           1 tbsp
Garlic (mashed)                 1 tsp
Spring onion (mashed)           1/2 tsp
Stock                           0.15 l
Lard                            1/2 tbsp


Method:
1. Pour hot water over chicken wings and drain.
2. Mix various sauce together.
3. Saute 1 clove of garlic in 1/2 tbsp hot lard and remove any sediment. Pour 
   in mixed sauce and add chicken wings seasoned with a little wine and stock. 
   Saute and cover for about 10 mins. Remove cover and saute till sauce almost 
   dry.
4. Dish up and serve hot.
