Shredded Chicken with Fried Rice (Âûµ·ª£¶º)
Ingredients:
Chicken fillet 100 g
Green peas 50 g
Cooked rice 2 bowls
Onion 1/2 no.
Eggs 2 nos.
Spring onion 1 stalk
Seasoning:
L. Soya sauce 1/2 tbsp
Cornflour 1/2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Pepper a shake
Wine 1/2 tsp
Sauce:
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
L. Soya sauce 1/2 tbsp
Sesame oil few drops
Method:
1. Clean, dry, shred, & season chicken fillet.
2. Skin onion & shred.
3. Wash & drain green peas.
4. Clean & chop spring onion.
5. Prepare, make, & shred egg pancake.
6. Prepare sauce mixture.
7. Heat oil, stir fry rice & put in prepared egg mixture, add in spring onion.
Dish up.
8. Heat oil, brown onion, put in chicken & peas, stir fry for a few mins. Pour
in sauce, bring to boil & put it on top of rice.
9. Garnish with prepared shredded egg pancake. Serve.
