Ingredients: Rice 2 tbsp Water 1000 ml. (1 L) Oil 1 tsp
Seasoning: Salt 1/4 tsp (optional)
Method: 1. Wash rice. 2. Put cold water, rice, and oil in the saucepan. 3. Bring the rice mixture to boil, when boils, lower the heat to simmering-point and simmer for 1 hour. 4. Serve plain congee hot, with pinch of salt if liked.
