Marshmallow (´Öªá¿})

Ingredients:
Gelatin                 25 g
Caster sugar            225 g
Water                   300 ml
Egg white               1 no.
Vanilla essence         2 drops
Food coloring           2 drops
Desiccated coconut      110 g

1 square tin ( 20 cm * 20 cm) 1 piece grease-proof paper

Method: 1. Line the square tin with grease-proof paper. 2. Dissolve gelatin and sugar in water by heating it gently. 3. Pour the mixture in a mixing bowl and chill in the refrigerator. 4. When gelatin mixture becomes syrupy, remove from fridge. 5. Whisk egg white until stiff. 6. Whisk gelatin mixture. 7. Add stiff egg white to the gelatin mixture and whisk well. 8. Add vanilla essence and food coloring. 9. Pour the mixture into the lined tin. 10. Cut marsh mallow into squares or diamond shapes and fancy shapes. Coat with desiccated coconut.
