Meat Ball Congee (¦×¤Yµ°)

Ingredients:
Pork                       80 g
Dried mushrooms            2 nos.


Seasoning for meat: Salt 1/4 tsp Sugar 1/4 tsp L. Soya sauce 1/4 tsp Cornflour 1/2 tsp

Method: 1. Soak mushrooms. 2. Clean pork. Wipe and mince. Mix with seasonings. 3. Chop mushrooms finely and mix with meat mixture. Mix well. 4. Divide mixture into equal portions and make into balls. 5. When congee is ready, add meat balls and cook for 5-7 mins. until meat is cooked. 6. Remove congee from heat. Taste and season when necessary.
