French Toast (ªkÄõ¦è¦h¤h)

Ingredients:
Egg                     1 no.
Milk                    2 tbsp
Bread                   2 slices
Sugar (jam / syrup)     1 tsp


Method: 1. Beat the egg in an enamel plate. Add the milk and sugar. 2. Heat up oil (approximately 1 cm deep) in a frying pan. 3. Coat the bread on both sides with the egg. 4. Put carefully into the hot oil and fry till golden brown on both sides. 5. Drain well and serve with sugar, jam or syrup.
