Fish Tartlets (§]®³³½¾Ø)

Ingredients:
Short crust pastry      100 g
Tomato                  1 no.
Parsley                 1 sprig

Filling:
Tuna fish               1/2 tin
Mayonnaise              1 tbsp
Salt and pepper


Method:
1. Prepare short crust pastry, rest for a while before rolling out.
2. Roll out pastry to 3 mm thick, cut into rounds and place into patty tin. 
   Prick the bottom and bake blind in the oven at 200oC/400oF for 10-15 mins.
   until golden in color. Remove and cool.
3. Mix the tuna fish with the mayonnaise. Season.
4. Slice tomato.
5. Put fish in the pastry cases. Garnish with a slice of tomato and parsley. Serve.
