Fish Slice Congee (³½¤ùµ°)
Ingredients:
Fish fillet 80 g
Ginger 2 slices
Parsley 1 sprig
Spring onion 1 stalk
Seasoning for fish:
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Pepperfew shakes
Chinese wine 1/4 tsp
L. Soya sauce 1 tsp
Method:
1. Clean parsley, spring onion and ginger.
2. Dice parsley and spring onion.
3. Shred ginger finely.
4. Clean fish and wipe.
5. Slice and mix with ginger and seasonings.
6. When congee is ready, and fish to congee and cook for 2 mins. Taste and serve.
