Fried Shrimps and Celery (¦èªàª£½¼)
Ingredients:
Shrimps 170 g
Celery 56 g
Carrot 28 g
Seasoning:
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Wine 1 tsp
Cornflour 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Gravy:
Salt 1/2 tsp
L. Soya sauce 1 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Cornflour 1/4 tsp
Water 1 tbsp
Method:
1. Clean & dice celery.
2. Scrub, peel, & dice carrot.
3. Shell, remove intestines, clean & dry shrimps.
4. Prepare gravy.
5. Fry carrot & celery with 2 tbsp oil for about 2 mins.
6. Fry shrimps with 2 tbsp oil. Add in carrot, celery, and gravy. Mix well & taste.
7. Serve hot.
