Fried Shrimp Balls (¬µ½¼²y)
Ingredients:
Shrimps (shell) 150 g
Fat pork 14 g
Bread 4 slices
Seasoning:
Egg white 1 tbsp
Wine 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Cornflour 1/2 tsp
Peppera few shakes
Method:
1. Remove bread crust and cut into 1/2 cm cubes.
2. Wash shrimps. Remove shell and intestines, rub with salt, rinse and dry. Mince.
3. Mince pork and mix with shrimps.
4. Add in egg white and seasoning, stir the shrimp mixture until sticky.
5. Divide mixture into 8 portions and shape each into a ball.
6. Coat with bread cubes.
7. Deep fat fry shrimp balls until golden brown. Garnish with tomato and lemon
slices.
