Fried Pork Liver with Onion (¬v½µª£½Þ¨x)

Ingredients:
Pork liver              150 g
Onion                   1 no.


Seasoning: Cornflour 1/2 tsp L. Soya sauce1 tsp Wine 1/2 tsp Oil 1 tsp Peppera shake

Sauce: Salt 1/2 tsp Sugar 1/2 tsp Cornflour 1/2 tsp L. Soya sauce 1 tsp Water 4 tbsp

Method: 1. Skin & cut onion into small pieces. 2. Wash, dry & remove veins of liver. Cut into thin slices. 3. Add the seasoning & prepare the sauce. 4. Heat oil in a wok, fry onion until slightly brown, then remove. 5. Fry liver in same oil till cooked, then add sauce & fried onion. 6. Serve hot. Garnish with tomato & parsley.
