Fried Egg Triangles with Roast Pork (¤e¿N³J¨¤)

Ingredients:
Roast pork              76 g
Onion                   7 g
Egg                     2 nos.
Oil                     2 nos.
Parsley to garnish


Method: 1. Clean onion, dice. 2. Add diced onion to roast pork. 3. Break eggs. Add a pinch of salt. Beat. 4. Add 1 tbsp. oil to wok. Stir-fry meat and onion for a while. 5. Divide filling into 4 portions. 6. Put 1 tbsp. oil in wok. Wait until blue haze appears. Add 1 1/2 tbsp. beaten egg to the oil, fry for a while and put filling on one side of the egg round. Fold, turn and dish. 7. Garnish with parsley.
