Fried Egg Triangles with Minced Beef (¸H¤û¦×³J¨¤)
Ingredients:
Minced beef 56 g
Onion 7 g
Egg 2 nos.
Oil 3 tbsp
Parsley to garnish
Seasoning:
Cornflour 1/2 tsp
L. Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
D. Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Method:
1. Clean onion, dice.
2. Add diced onion to minced beef. Season.
3. Break eggs. Add a pinch of salt. Beat.
4. Add 1 tbsp. oil to wok. Stir-fry meat till cooked.
5. Divide filling into 4 portions.
6. Put 1 tbsp. oil in wok. Wait until blue haze appears. Add 1 1/2 tbsp. beaten
egg to the oil, fry for a while and put filling on one side of the egg round.
Fold. Turn and dish.
7. Garnish with parsley.
