Fried Banana in Shrimps (¦Êªá»¿¼¶ô)
Ingredients:
Shrimps 320 g
Fat pork 20 g
Bananas 2 nos.
Beanflour 2 tbsp
Egg white 1 no.
Parsley 1 sprig
Bread crumb 6 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Seasoning For Shrimps:
Salt 1/4 tsp
Peppera few shakes
Egg white 1 tsp
Beanflour 1 tsp
Garnish:
Tomato1 no.
Parsley1 sprig
Method:
1. Shell the shrimps, remove intestines. Clean, dry, and mash to form paste.
2. Dice fat pork and add to the shrimp paste.
3. Add seasonings. Beat the mixture well until it binds together. Divide into 12
equal portions.
4. Peel the bananas. Cut into 5 cm lengths. (Each banana may be cut into halves
length wise and then into 3 portions)
5. Dust each banana lengths slightly with beanflour, spread shrimp mixture on one
side. Brush with beaten egg white and place a parsley leaf on top. Coat with
bread crumbs. Shake off the excess.
6. Deep-fry in moderate heat until slightly brown in color. Drain.
7. Dish, garnish with tomato and parsley.
