Fried Beef with Green Vegetable (µæ»·¤û¦×)
Ingredients:
Beef 115 g
Green vegetable 200 g
Garlic 1 clove
Ginger 1 slice
Seasoning:
L. Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Cornflour 1/2 tbsp
Oil1 tbsp
Gravy:
Wine 1/2 tbsp
L. Soya sauce 1/2 tbsp
Sesame oil a few drop
Method:
1. Slice beef thinly. Season.
2. Clean vegetable & cut them into lengths.
3. Fry vegetable with 1 tbsp oil, add in 1/2 cup water & 1/4 tsp salt. Dish up and
drain away water.
4. Fry beef quickly with 1 tbsp oil. Dish up.
5. Saut� garlic, ginger with 1 tbsp oil, place beef & vegetable in, stir well.
6. Add in gravy. Cook for a while. Dish up & serve hot.
