Cocoa (¨¦¥j¥¤)

Ingredients:
Cocoa           1 tsp.
Diluted milk    0.3 l


Method: 1. Combine the cocoa with a little milk and mix to a smooth paste. 2. Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan which has been rinsed in cold water to prevent milk from sticking. 3. When the milk is warm, pour a little milk onto the cocoa paste. Stir and combine with remaining milk. Continue heating until small bubbles appear around the edge of the saucepan. 4. Pour into a jug and serve with sugar.
