Almond Jelly (§ö¤¯¨§»Gªá)

Ingredients:
Agar agar               5 g
Sugar                   100 g
Water                   500 g
Milk                    75 g
Almond essence          1/2 tsp.
Fruit cocktail          6 tbsp
Syrup                   150 ml.


Method: 1. Rinse a shallow tin with cold water. Prepare syrup. 2. Rinse and cut agar agar. 3. Put agar agar, sugar, and water in a saucepan and bring to boil. 4. Drain. When cool, add in milk and almond essence. 5. Pour mixture into tin. When completely cool, chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes until set. 6. Cut almond jelly into cubes. 7. Serve with fruit cocktail and syrup in a glass bowl
